Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of HolyJot’s website, applications, tools, AI services (including Faith, our Christian AI companion), forums, and all other features and services offered by HolyJot, LLC (“HolyJot,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our platform, you agree to abide by this AUP and all related terms and policies.
HolyJot exists to glorify God through Bible journaling, prayerful reflection, and faith-centered collaboration. We are committed to fostering a Christ-honoring community grounded in love, humility, and mutual respect. We have zero tolerance for harassment, trolling, or anti-Christian behavior.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use HolyJot to engage in any of the following:
A. Harassment, Abuse, and Harm
- Harassing, bullying, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Engaging in trolling, flaming, or behavior that incites division or strife
- Using profanity, hate speech, or slurs of any kind
- Mocking or undermining Christian faith, the Bible, Jesus Christ, or other users’ beliefs
B. Disruption of the Platform
- Spamming, flooding, or attempting to overload the system
- Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your affiliation with a ministry, church, or organization
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful scripts
C. Inappropriate or Illegal Content
- Posting sexually explicit, obscene, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Uploading or sharing copyrighted materials without permission
- Promoting false doctrine, occult practices, or non-biblical worldviews as truth
- Sharing others’ personal information without consent
D. Misuse of AI & Community Tools
- Entering prompts designed to produce profane, vulgar, or anti-Christian content via Faith
- Attempting to “jailbreak” or circumvent safeguards in our AI
- Using group chats, study groups, or clubs to promote agendas incompatible with a Christian worldview
2. Content Moderation & Enforcement
HolyJot actively monitors content and interactions. We reserve the right to:
- Remove or block any content that violates this AUP
- Suspend or permanently ban accounts without notice for violations
- Report illegal behavior to appropriate authorities
HolyJot reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes a violation of this AUP, in alignment with our Christian values and Terms of Service.
3. AI Companion "Faith" — Safe & God-Honoring Use
“Faith” is our AI-powered Christian guide trained to respond through a biblical lens. You agree not to:
- Ask Faith to generate or justify unbiblical content
- Prompt Faith to deny core Christian doctrines (e.g., the divinity of Jesus, authority of Scripture)
- Use Faith for gossip, slander, or blasphemy
All interactions with Faith should reflect humility, reverence, and a desire for spiritual growth.
4. Respect for Others
You are expected to:
- Speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15)
- Correct others gently when necessary (2 Timothy 2:25)
- Avoid contentious debates or quarrels (Titus 3:9)
- Uplift, encourage, and build up the Body of Christ (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter behavior or content that violates this AUP, please report it immediately by emailing:

We review all reports promptly and maintain confidentiality for all parties involved.
6. Modifications
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of HolyJot after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

HolyJot is more than a digital platform—it’s a faith-driven community dedicated to honoring Jesus Christ in every word, thought, and interaction. Let your speech be gracious (Colossians 4:6), your conduct be blameless (Philippians 2:15), and your heart aligned with the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23).
