Funds go directly to your church's bank account — HolyJot charges no additional platform fee beyond Stripe's standard processing rate.
Does HolyJot charge a platform fee on donations?
No. HolyJot does not take a cut of your donations. You pay Stripe's standard credit card processing rate (typically 2.2% + 30¢ per transaction) and nothing more. Platforms like Tithe.ly and Pushpay charge an additional 1–2% platform fee on top of processing — HolyJot does not.
Can donors set up recurring giving?
Yes. Donors can set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring donations from their account. They can pause, adjust, or cancel at any time. Recurring giving is a major driver of church revenue stability, and HolyJot makes it easy for even non-technical donors to set up.
Does HolyJot generate tax receipts automatically?
Yes. Every donor receives an automatic email receipt after each gift. At year-end, HolyJot can generate annual giving statements for all donors, which churches are required to provide for tax-deductible donations. These are exportable as PDFs.
