HolyJot Affiliate Terms of Service

These Affiliate Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the HolyJot Christian Creator Partner Program (the “Program”) operated by HolyJot, Inc. (“HolyJot,” “we,” “our”). By submitting an application or accepting a partner link, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to Christian content creators, pastors, ministry leaders, podcasters, newsletter writers, and other public-facing communicators whose audience and public message are consistent with orthodox Christian teaching. By applying, you represent that you are a Christian content creator and that your promotion of HolyJot will be faith-aligned and appropriate to your audience. HolyJot reviews every application and may approve or decline any applicant at its sole discretion. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Commission Terms

Approved partners earn a twenty percent (20%) lifetime recurring commission on net subscription revenue and net AI credit purchase revenue attributable to end users referred through your unique partner link. “Lifetime” means for so long as the referred customer remains a paying HolyJot customer and continues to be attributed to your account. Attribution uses first-click with a sixty (60) day cookie window.

Commissions accrue daily and are subject to a thirty (30) day hold to cover refunds, chargebacks, and failed payments. Payouts are issued monthly via Stripe Connect on or about the 15th of each calendar month, once your available balance clears the fifty dollar ($50) minimum payout threshold. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next month. You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you receive.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

Self-referral. Using your own link to sign up yourself, a household member, a related business, or any account you control.
Incentivized clicks or sign-ups. Offering cash, gift cards, points, sweepstakes entries, or any other material incentive in exchange for clicking your link or signing up for HolyJot.
Paid brand keyword bidding. Bidding on HolyJot brand terms (including “HolyJot,” “Holy Jot,” “holyjot.com,” common misspellings, and any HolyJot product name) in Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing, or any other paid search or social platform.
Cookie-stuffing. Any technique that drops or forces HolyJot attribution cookies without a genuine click-through by the end user.
Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive promotion, including impersonating HolyJot, misrepresenting pricing or features, or promoting HolyJot via unsolicited email, SMS, DMs, or posts.
Promotion inconsistent with Christian teaching or that disparages, demeans, or harms other believers, churches, or the Christian faith.

4. FTC Disclosure Requirement

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with HolyJot wherever you promote HolyJot using your partner link, in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and any applicable law in your jurisdiction. A disclosure such as “HolyJot is a sponsor of this episode and I earn a commission if you sign up through my link” is acceptable. Disclosures must be unavoidable, in plain language, and not buried in show notes or hashtags.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. You may deactivate your partner link from your dashboard. HolyJot may suspend or terminate your account, withhold pending commissions, and claw back prior commissions in cases of material breach of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or conduct inconsistent with the Program’s faith-aligned purpose. Accrued commissions earned in good faith through the date of termination will be paid out on the next regular payout cycle, subject to the hold period and minimum threshold.

6. Modifications

HolyJot may update these Terms, commission rates, payout schedules, cookie windows, and other Program mechanics at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file and posted to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami- Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
