How to Use These Prompts
You don't need to work through these in order. When you sit down to journal and don't know where to start, pick a category that fits where you are today and choose one prompt. Write until you're done. Come back tomorrow and pick another.
If you're newer to Christian journaling, our 30-day prayer journaling challenge for beginners is a great place to start. If you want an app to store and organize your entries, HolyJot's Christian journaling app is built for exactly this kind of practice.
