📖 Introduction

Healing is a profound aspect of Jesus' ministry recorded throughout the Gospels. Throughout history, Christians have sought the touch of God to bring restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. Healing is not only a physical restoration but also a sign of God’s compassionate heart toward His people.

In modern times, healing ministries have flourished, but alongside many genuine movements are those that may mislead or manipulate in the name of faith. This study aims to help believers understand how to approach healing with a biblical lens, equipping them to seek God’s healing power while exercising discernment about faith healers and ministries.

Can Christians confidently seek healing from all faith healers? What criteria guard us from deception? How do we honor God’s sovereignty in healing? These questions will guide our exploration over the next seven days, helping us root our faith in Scripture and grow in wisdom.

As we study, remember that God is the ultimate healer and is able to heal miraculously or work through medical means. The key is to pursue Him first, seeking His will and trusting His timing—whether healing comes now or later, in this life or the next.
