HolyJot, LLC (“HolyJot,” “we,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid claims of copyright infringement committed using our Sites or Services (collectively, the “Platform”) that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on HolyJot infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • A description of where the alleged infringing content is located (including specific URLs if possible);
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please send all DMCA notices to:

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before removal;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district in which your address is located—or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any U.S. district court where HolyJot may be found—and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

We may restore the removed content if the original complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

HolyJot may, in its sole discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly alleged to infringe the copyrights of others. Repeat infringement is determined under our internal policy and may include past removals, takedown notices, or other evidence.

4. Copyright and AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI companion, Faith, may incorporate or reference third-party information. Users are responsible for ensuring that prompts, uploaded inputs, or any AI-assisted outputs do not:

  • Infringe upon copyrighted works or trademarks;
  • Violate third-party rights of privacy, publicity, or confidentiality;
  • Plagiarize published content or media.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated or AI-assisted content that violates intellectual property laws or community standards.

5. HolyJot’s Content Ownership
