HolyJot Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting HolyJot. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how subscription cancellations are handled and what you can expect when ending your HolyJot+ membership.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the low cost of our monthly and annual HolyJot+ subscription plans, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide partial or full refunds for:

  • Cancelled monthly or annual subscriptions
  • Accidental purchases
  • Lack of use or dissatisfaction after purchase
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal period

All sales are final. By subscribing to HolyJot+, you agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your HolyJot+ subscription at any time via your My Account settings.

  • After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
  • You will continue to have access to HolyJot+ features during this period, and your access will expire automatically at the end of your term.
  • Canceling your subscription does not delete your HolyJot account. You may continue using the free features after your HolyJot+ subscription ends.

 

3. What Happens After Cancellation

When your HolyJot+ subscription ends:

You will lose access to premium features, including:

  • Journal entries older than 45 days
  • Audio journaling
  • Advanced AI journaling tools (Faith AI)
  • Premium study groups & book clubs
  • High-resolution HolyClips and file uploads
  • Access to exclusive devotionals and spiritual growth paths

Your journal data and settings will be retained on your account unless you request account deletion. You can export journal data at any time while your subscription is active.

4. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings and ensuring timely cancellation if you no longer wish to continue.

5. Account Deletion Requests

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please email us at:

Data deletion is irreversible, and you will lose access to all saved journal entries, study group activity, and usage history.
