Sharing the Gospel with Muslims: A Bridge of Love and Truth
A three-day study exploring biblical principles for respectful, authentic gospel sharing with Muslim friends, emphasizing common ground, genuine relationship, and the transformative power of Christ's message.
About this plan
Sharing the gospel across religious boundaries requires both spiritual sensitivity and theological clarity. When engaging with Muslim friends and neighbors, we encounter people who deeply love God, value Scripture, and seek spiritual truth—yet may have different understandings of who Jesus is and what salvation means. This study explores how to share our faith with Muslims in ways that are respectful, authentic, and rooted in Scripture.
The apostle Paul provides our model. In Acts 17, when addressing the Areopagus, Paul didn't dismiss the Athenians' religious convictions outright. Instead, he built bridges, acknowledged their spiritual hunger, and pointed them to the true God. Similarly, when sharing with Muslims, we can honor their reverence for God while gently presenting Christ as the fulfillment of God's redemptive plan.
Muslims and Christians share remarkable common ground: belief in one God, respect for prophets, commitment to prayer, and a desire for moral living. Yet we diverge significantly on Jesus's nature and role. Rather than viewing these differences as barriers, we can see them as conversation starters that lead to deeper spiritual discussions. 🕊️
This three-day journey will equip you to engage with conviction and compassion. You'll explore how Jesus's claims about Himself address the deepest human longings, how the gospel message is fundamentally about God's love and justice, and how the Holy Spirit—not our arguments—transforms hearts. As you study, pray for wisdom, humility, and genuine love for those you encounter.
The goal is not to "win" debates, but to plant seeds of faith and point people toward Jesus, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. ✨
